Services

Our contract rates with major international air carriers allow us to provide competitive rates to our customers. We arrange for door-to-airport or door-to-door shipments throughout most of the world.
As soon as we receive a pick up notification, we immediately establish contact with the supplier. From the time of the pick up until delivery to final destination, each shipment gets our utmost attention & diligence.
Once the freight arrives to our warehouse, we inspect the freight for damage and proper packaging. If necessary, we repack the shipment to reduce the total dimensional weight and cost of transportation. We then prepare all export documentation.
We offer nationwide trucking services. We will pick up shipments anywhere in US or Canada & deliver to any port, airline or to our warehouse.

Ice Global makes sure that all pieces of the freight are under Incoming and Outgoing Quality Control. All incoming products are checked for damage, notations are made and photos are taken when necessary. The outgoing products are prepared for shipping and are checked again for product integrity by our professional warehousing staff.

Ice Global Logistics employs in house packing staff to properly prepare shipments for export.

We crate products such as motorcycles, furniture, machinery & any other freight that you wish crated.

Palletizing service is also only a request away. We can strap or just shrink wrap your product on a pallet based on your preference.

Ice Global Logistics follows airfreight packing requirements for hazardous materials. Our in house RA specialist is trained to properly pack & label each and every hazardous item. We prepare dangerous good documentation for each hazardous item to meet airline requirements.

Ice Global Logistics is here to provide you a hassle free auto moving experience. Once you let us know where your car is, we will then schedule the pick up. Most locations, we can pick up within 4 business days of the pick up request. The transit time varies between states.

During the pick up of the car, the carrier will complete a detailed physical inspection of the car on a bill of lading. This bill of lading is then acknowledged & signed by the shipper. This same inspection will be presented upon delivery, so that the vehicle can be re-inspected for any discrepancies. All the carriers we use are fully insured auto carriers.

Motorcycles

Ice Global Logistics will aim to please when it comes to assisting you with your motorcycle whether you like Honda, Kawasaki or Harley.

This is how we do it:
  • For pick ups other than New York: We pick up the motorcycle from shipper when available & deliver to a local packing facility.
  • At the packing facility, the vehicle is strapped onto a skid or is fully crated depending on customer's preference. Motorcycles must be crated or strapped onto skids before export whether they will move via air or ocean. We do the packing before the motorcycle is transported to the port of export. It is unsafe to ship motorcycles loose & most trucking companies also will refuse such freight. After the motorcycle is packed appropriately, it is then trucked to our warehouse in New York.
  • Upon arrival at our warehouse, our in house RA specialist drains all fluids & unhooks the battery (if applicable). We then prepare the dangerous good documentation & airway bills.
  • We submit dangerous good documents, airway bills, bill of sale or invoice, title to customs for review & clearance.
  • With the approval of customs, we move forward with the export of the motorcycle.
